Plan a technician's route

Build a route

1. In the menu, click Routes (under More if your menu is short).
2. Pick the day with the arrows or Today.
3. Under Add a route, choose the technician and click +.
4. Click + Add a stop… to add that day's confirmed visits. Use the arrows to move a stop up or down.

Optimize

With two or more stops, click Optimize route. It shows how much driving it saves. Choose Apply new order to keep the same time slots in the new order, or Pack the day (finish earlier) to move visits closer together. Customers aren't told when times move, and you can undo right after.

An address that can't be found on the map is listed separately; fix it with Edit address before optimizing.

What the technician sees

Their My day list follows the route order, with a Directions button on each visit.
