Recurring service plans for pest control, on the calendar a year ahead

What it does

A service plan ties a customer and property to a service, how often it repeats, a technician and a price per visit. Choose monthly, every two months, quarterly or yearly, or set your own interval in weeks, months or years. Pick a preferred weekday and time, and the visits land there.

Seasonal plans are built in. Say a mosquito customer wants monthly visits from April to September and quarterly visits the rest of the year: add the months and their interval, and PestShift schedules each part of the year at its own pace.

How the visits get scheduled

Each plan keeps 12 months of visits on the calendar, and tops itself up as time passes. If the technician is already busy at the plan's time, the visit moves later in half-hour steps, or stays unassigned for you to place. A plan that falls on the 31st uses the last day of shorter months.

Changing a plan updates its future visits, but never one you've already moved by hand, started, routed, recorded or been paid for. You can pause a plan for a season and resume it, or cancel it and have its untouched future visits removed.

Who it's for

Any shop selling quarterly general pest, monthly mosquito, or annual termite work. If you're keeping recurring customers in a spreadsheet and booking each visit by hand, plans take that off your plate.

The plans list also shows what's coming: every plan's next visit, technician and price, searchable by customer, address or service, and filtered by status.

Good to know

Plans are priced per visit. There's no annual contract price or prepayment option today, and no card is charged automatically: customers get an invoice with a pay link after each visit, or you mark the visit paid when they pay you directly.
