What does PestShift cost?

$39 for 1 technician, $89 for up to 5 technicians, $149 for up to 10 technicians. Billed monthly. Every plan includes every feature — the tiers differ by how many technicians you run, nothing else.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days. The trial runs on the subscription itself, so you pick a plan and add a card up front; cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing. Setup takes about 10 minutes, so you can import your customers and take real bookings inside the trial rather than poking at a demo.

Do office staff count towards the technician limit?

No. Only technicians count. Office and admin accounts are free and unlimited, so the person booking jobs and the person answering the phone never cost you a tier.

Are there contracts or setup fees?

Neither. Month to month, cancel any time from Settings, no early-termination fee and no onboarding charge. If you want help moving data off another system, we do that import for you at no cost.

What if I have more than 10 technicians?

The published plans stop at 10 technicians. Past that, get in touch and we'll quote you — we'd rather size something around your crew than make you buy seats you don't use.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You export it. Customers, properties, appointment history and chemical application records all download as spreadsheets at any time, and that stays available for a period after cancellation. Your compliance records are yours — there's no lock-in and nothing to ransom.

Does the price change as I add customers?

No. Customers, properties, jobs and service plans are unlimited on every plan. Pricing moves only when you add technicians, which is the only thing that actually tracks the size of the business.
