Do it yourself in four steps
Upload the export from your old software as it is, a CSV or Excel file. PestShift recognizes exports from GorillaDesk, Jobber, PestPac and QuickBooks, and works with any spreadsheet with a name column. It guesses which column is which and you can change any of them. Preview the result, then import. Nothing is saved until you do.
Customers you already have are matched by phone, email or name and address, and filled in rather than duplicated, so running the same file twice is safe. If your file has recurring plan columns, PestShift creates the plans and puts their visits on the calendar. Files can have up to 10,000 rows.
What you see when it's done
A few hundred customers take a few minutes, and most of that is checking the column matches. Big files import in the background. The result tells you how many customers were created or updated, how many properties and plans were added, and which rows weren't imported, so you can fix those rows and run the file again without creating duplicates.
