Most of what's here started as a request from a pest control owner. If something is missing for you, use “Request a feature” in the app.

  • Import your customer list yourself

    Upload a CSV from GorillaDesk, Jobber, PestPac or any spreadsheet. PestShift matches the columns for you, shows a preview with any rows that need attention, and imports in the background with live progress. Your column choices are remembered for next time, and you can download a list of any rows that weren't imported. We'll still do the import for you, free, if you'd rather send us the file.

  • Addresses located automatically for routes

    New customer addresses are placed on the map on their own, so they're ready for route optimization. The Routes page shows any address that couldn't be found, with a link to fix it.

  • Route optimization for longer days

    Optimizing a route now works for days with more than 10 stops, still keeping the times you promised customers.

  • Faster, more private service photos

    Photos added to a service report are resized on the phone before they upload, so they send quickly even on weak signal, and the location data phones attach to photos is removed.

  • Buttons always in reach on your phone

    In longer forms like New appointment and New plan, the Save and Create buttons now stay at the bottom of the screen while you scroll the form.

  • Simpler sign-up

    Sign-up has one password field with a show/hide button, instead of typing the password twice.

  • Install PestShift on your phone

    Add PestShift to your iPhone or Android home screen and open it like an app. There's an Install button in the app and a step-by-step guide for iPhone, and technicians you invite get the install steps in their invite email.

  • 1% platform fee on card payments

    Card payments your customers make through PestShift (deposits, invoices, payment links and plan charges) now include a 1% platform fee, collected by Stripe at the time of payment on top of Stripe's processing fee. For existing accounts it starts on November 6, 2026; for new accounts it applies from sign-up. Payments you record outside PestShift, like cash or check, have no fee. Your start date is shown in Settings under Customer payments.

  • Estimates with online approval

    Quote a job from your services or custom lines, send it by email or link, and your customer approves or declines online. One click turns an approved estimate into a scheduled visit or a recurring plan.

  • Offline technician view

    My Day keeps working with no signal. Technicians can open the day's visits, start them and complete them with notes and the chemical record; everything syncs when signal comes back. Add PestShift to the home screen to use it like an app.

  • Trial cancellation tracking

    If you cancel during your trial, PestShift shows when your access ends and lets you resume in one click, instead of leaving you guessing.

  • Search every customer

    Booking forms and plan forms now search all your customers by name, phone, email or address, however many you have.

  • Full customer list with paging

    The Customers page pages through your whole list and shows the real total, so large customer bases are all there.

  • Custom plan intervals

    Plans can repeat every N weeks or months, or yearly, not just monthly, every two months or quarterly.

  • Plans fill the calendar

    Give a plan a technician and a time slot, and its visits appear on the calendar automatically, already assigned.

  • Technicians without a login

    Add technicians who don't need an account. Assign them to visits and plans like anyone else; invite them later if they want the app.
