Open it
Click Ask PestShift in the menu (it may say Assistant), use the Ask PestShift bar on Home, or click Ask AI on a customer. Type or tap the microphone to speak.
What you can ask
- Who owes me money?
- What's due this week?
- Revenue by month, customers with no recent visit, expiring licenses, compliance gaps.
- Anything about a customer, a visit, a plan, a lead or a chemical record.
Changes are always yours to confirm
Ask it to add a customer, book or move a visit, create an estimate or invoice, or draft an email. It shows a card with Confirm, Edit and Cancel; nothing changes until you click Confirm (Send for emails).
It never completes visits, writes chemical records, deletes anything or charges cards. Things it remembers are in Settings under What the assistant knows, where you can edit or delete them.
