Program: PestShift account setup and free trial texts (SMS). Sender: PestShift (Designaxe LLC dba PestShift). Who gets them: owners of pest control businesses who create a PestShift account and opt in. These texts go only to the account holder's own business phone, never to their customers.

How you opt in

After signing up at https://www.pestshift.com/signup, every new account holder sets up their business on the first setup screen (https://www.pestshift.com/onboarding, available after sign-up). Directly under the Business phone field there is an optional checkbox. It is unticked by default, and ticking it is not required to create an account, start a trial or buy anything. It reads exactly as shown at the top of this page, and it agrees to texts to the number in the field right above it.

When the box is ticked and the setup screen is saved, we record the time and the version of these terms shown. Unticking it later on the same screen takes the agreement back. Without the tick, PestShift sends no marketing texts. Texts are available for US phone numbers only.

What we send

  • Up to 3 messages in your first 14 days. Message frequency varies.
  • Sent between 9 AM and 8 PM in your business's time zone.
  • Every text starts with “PestShift:” and ends with “Reply STOP to opt out”.

How to stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After that, this program sends you no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and privacy

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy (section 3.5) and the Terms of Service (section 5.1).
